At 7:00 AM, the weather is not yet warm, just fine and conducive to walking. I strolled on the north side of Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue for shades and arrived at our building in 25 minutes. Before entering the building, I passed by Chow King and ate my free breakfast courtesy of BPI Credit Card.
