WILD is how I describe the traffic scenarios in the Philippines. In tight traffic situations, most Filipino drivers, private and public utility drivers alike, become WILD. They are undisciplined, in a hurry, unkind, discourteous, hot-headed and disobedient to the traffic rules and regulations.
